The Highly anticipated Omawumi album is here!
Omawumi Megbele emerged into the spotlight at the 2007 West African Idols competition, and although she did not win the competition, she captured the hearts of nation with her stellar performance.
She’s been on the grind since; releasing two of her music videos (“In the music” and “Today na Today”), working on her debut album, bringing home awards (2009 HipHop World Awards “Best Female vocal Performance”, “Next Rated”), and sharing the stage with the likes of D’Banj, Tuface, P Square, 9ice, Naeto C and many others. Oh by the way, she also did an awesome job on the hook of a song off Dagrin’s CEO album – “Thank God”. Chic has been working.
While it did take a bit longer for this album to drop, it was well worth the wait. Includes stellar cuts like “TODAY NA TODAY”, “CHOCOLATA. Feat. Naeto C”, “MA FI MI SERE. Feat. eLDee”, “IN THE MUSIC”, “LOVE IT. FEAT. SHANK” and “SAME GUY. FEAT WAJE AND KEL”. I have attached a few samples. I’m sure you will enjoy them.
