Here’s an artist to get excited about. I remember dashing upstairs to my studio out of excitement, just so i could enjoy the acoustics of this record over loud speakers. Soft voice over hard hitting beats.

AiRis is an R&B singer, and member of the Trybe Records family. Some of you might remember her from eLDee’s “Bosi Gbangba” music video (fast forward to 2:45 in the timeline). Currently, she is working on her album “TAP – The Airis Project”; which introduces a multicultural genre of music to the industry and characterizes her diverse cultural background.

Along with the original, i have included an unofficial reggae remix version which interestingly enough, i ended up recording during a live show at club Valley. The remix is a blend of the original acappella version over Estelle’s “Come Over” Instrumental version. You can tell from the highs, and perhaps the pitch, the track is still in it’s raw form. Nontheless, it’s iPod ready.
